"Train-the-Trainer" Seminar At Polymer Training Resources, our goal is to assist customers in the proper and effective implementation of their in-house training programs. Our "Train-the-Trainer" Seminar is the first step in helping to reach that goal. By the end of the two-day "Train-the-Trainer" Seminar, participants will be able to implement an effective in-house training program. Objectives: During the Course, Participants Will: 1. Read and discuss the booklet, Basic Training for Trainers. 2. Develop a list of resources for use prior to, during and after their in-house training program. 3. Review the Polymer Training Resources materials for at least one full lesson - instructor manuals, overhead transparencies, computer animation (if applicable), student manual, pre and post test, certification test, and instructor record book. 4. Develop a plan on how they will conduct their in-house training program. 5. Make a five-minute presentation to the other seminar participants on a topic of their choice, using at least two training methods discussed in class. 6. Develop an action plan and calendar for instructor preparation, student preparation and administrative preparation for their in-house training program. 7. Begin outlining the administrative details for their in-house training program. By the End of the Course, Participants Will: 1. Have a basic understanding of how to properly conduct an in-house training program. 2. Know the tools available to them to ensure effective implementation. 3. Have a complete understanding of the training tools provided by Polymer Training Resources and how those tools will be used as part of their in-house training program. 4. Have an understanding of the administrative tasks that need to occur prior to, during and after their in-house training program.
